Wolfi from Sweden

Hello,

We would like to introduce Wolfi. As you can see he isn´t a teddy bear but a wolf. The wolf is a symol for our county Värmland, where we live. This special wolf is also a mascot for a hockey team in our nearest town, Karlstad. The team is called Färjestad BK, and it´s one of the best teams in Sweden.

Wolfi is now eager to start travelling around Europe. His first stop will be in Scotland.

Nessie Burns from Scotland

Hello friends!  

My name is Nessie Burns and I'm from Scotland, one of the four countries which make up Great Britain.  I'm named after Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster, and Burns, after Robert Burns, a famous Scottish poet.

I'm having a lovely time at my school.  Two policemen came to visit our class one day to talk to us about keeping safe, which will be important for me on my travels.  I tried on a pair of handcuffs but, as you can see, they were a bit too big.

The weather here is quite cold just now and we've had some snow so I'm having to wrap up warm. Everyone is very busy getting ready for Christmas.
